
Brazilian by birth and Florentine by heart. Living in Florence for 20 years, my name is Priscila Preussler and I am a cook passionate about my work and I use my profession to convey emotions.
They say that my always open smile, my attentive eye to individual details and my sympathy make me a unique chef. My gastronomy is traditional Italian. But Brazilian cuisine is also part of my portfolio and beyond my experience as a cook, what really represents my work is the task of, through food, giving people sensations.
I have always been in the kitchen in Brazil with my family and in Italy my expertise in gastronomy has been enriched by collaborating since 2009 with the Four Seasons hotel group, in Florence, especially with regards to events. I want to provide personalized and genuine experiences to my customers, enhancing the pleasure of being at the table.
