For 17 years Marcia Pita, a woman of spirit and unique essence, has lived in Italy, in Milan, she was born in Goias – Brazilian center – in Piracanjuba and studied Greek mythology.

Thanks to her open mind, when she understood that her place was no longer in Brazil and it was time to find a new path, she changed country and took a new journey. It all begins with three characters strongly known from mythology: Artemis, the Goddess of nature and beauty, Apollo the God of the sun and one of the sons of Zeus, and Higia, the Goddess of health who was the inspiring muse of her work: Higia Methody®️. Her studio in the city of Milan is a space dedicated to the care and well-being of the body through massage.

After almost 30 years of studies and research in the sector, well beyond the strong determination to spread her message of psycho-physical well-being, it is in Italy that Marcia has been able to perfect and refine different therapeutic massage techniques, from massage therapy to lymphatic drainage with different paths and courses until reaching the conclusion of a Master. Now, her goal is to share her knowledge and her experience, to make known the many benefits of this massage also at an educational level with ad hoc courses on this special method. For the future, she believes in the moment of the present, the moment in which we live today. Tomorrow is a consequence. Tomorrow is a consequence of today.
