Compressions must balance the limit between transforming and deforming, so the ideal size of your shapewear you can check based on the size guide below.

Measure the circumference at the height of the leg armhole and choose your size:

P: 88cm – 96cm M: 97cm – 105cm G: 106cm – 114cm GG: 115cm – 123cm

Composition: 81% Polyamide 17% Elastane 2% Cotton

Wash instructions: Wash at a maximum temperature of 30º. Do not use bleach. Allows drying in a rotary tumble dryer or natural drying. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Allows professional wet cleaning.
