Adriane has lived more than half her life in Italy than in Brazil, where she was born. At 55, she manages to involve anyone with her energy, the way she makes you understand how necessary it is to be grateful for our experiences every day and above all, she inspires you to look at Italy with magic eyes. For her, Italy is pure magic! Well, she is right!

Graduated in psychology in Caxias do Sul (southern Brazil), as soon as she finished her university course it was her passion to discover the world that brought her here. The freedom and security of walking through the streets of Florence – where she has lived since 1991 – and the daily opportunity to meet other cultures and people were the reasons why Adriane decided to stay. For three years, her specialization in psychomotor skills helped disabled children but then, as if by a stroke of luck, life offered her an opportunity: to buy her own house and become a partner in a restaurant.

A few years later, Adriane, always the one who trusts time and the positive consequences of investing in life with all her heart, undertakes and opens one of the first restaurants – in the 90s in Italy – of Mexican food, that is, no pasta, no pizza! Tijuana was born with audacity and a container from Mexico arrived directly in Italy with all the necessary tools to open the restaurant that, for 20 years in the center of the Tuscan capital, is the one that welcomes people from all over the world. From Brazil, Adriane still has the energy of the people and that is why she is like this, sunny like the Brazilian land!
